Instructions
Place peppers, garlic, onion, lime juice and zest, honey and avocado in blender, blend on high
Drizzle in oil to desired consistency
Taste, balance flavor
Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Notes
This can be made rather stiff as a dip, or can be thinned to a sauce like consistency. The perfect sauce / dip for tacos or texas egg rolls
