Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Dried Onion Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Beef Bouillon Powder, Granules Sodium Free, ~ 2 cubes
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Ground coarse
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • Measure all of the ingredients into a bowl or a lidded container
  • Mix well.
  • Store in air tight container, in a cool, dry dark place, for up to 6 months.

Notes

To make soup, Place this mix into a medium saucepan. Stir in 4 cups water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
To make classic onion dip, Combine 1 oz (this mix) with 1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream.
To use as an ingredient: 3 tbsp = 1 packet of soup mix, or 1 oz, (this mix)
