- 1/4 cup Dried Onion Flakes
- 2 tbsp Beef Bouillon Powder, Granules Sodium Free, ~ 2 cubes
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Ground coarse
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Measure all of the ingredients into a bowl or a lidded container
Mix well.
Store in air tight container, in a cool, dry dark place, for up to 6 months.
To make soup, Place this mix into a medium saucepan. Stir in 4 cups water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
To make classic onion dip, Combine 1 oz (this mix) with 1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream.
To use as an ingredient: 3 tbsp = 1 packet of soup mix, or 1 oz, (this mix)
