Veggie K-Town Wings
As the SheWolf, commands, I shall start to feature more vegetarian/gluten-free recipes. It won’t hurt me to modify my diet a bit.
Searching the freezer, I find some cauliflower “chicken wings,” they seem to be just the ticket for the air fryer, but I really don’t want “Buffalo” style wings. Maybe “K-Town,” with a sweet, savory, spicy, tangy sauce like honey, garlic, ginger, chili sauce.
I’ll air-fry the “wings” and toss in the sauce… Perhaps garnish with a bit of herb, and we shall see IF it passes the taste test.
From Wikipedia:
Honey garlic sauce is a sweet and sour sauce that tastes like a mix between honey and garlic, popular in Canada. Honey garlic is one of the many sauces put on chicken wings, ribs, and other foods such as meatballs.
But I’ll kick it up a bit, for that Rogue Chef flair.
